How do I track performance of an individual Triggered email?

To track the performance of an individual triggered email, follow the steps below.

Step 1

1.1 Navigate to the Communications tab of the Clutch Portal
1.2 Select Triggered under the Email section
1.3 Find the email you want to view the metrics of and select View Email Metrics under the Actions bar

Step 2

2.1 View your metrics (important to note that you can filter by date or segment)
2.2 View both detailed and rates view (to learn more about what each of these numbers means, select About Email Performance Metrics for a pop up glossary)
