How Do I Cancel a Scheduled SMS?

To Cancel a Scheduled SMS prior to message sent date and time, follow the steps below.

Step 1

1.1 Navigate to Communications section of Clutch Portal.
1.2 Navigate to Scheduled under the Mobile Messaging tab.
1.3 Navigate to the Queued Tab.
1.4 Navigate to the Actions bar and select the cancel icon.

Step 2

2.1 Select OK to confirm that you want to cancel the message.

Step 3

3.1 Select the Cancelled tab.
3.2 See that your message is now cancelled.
