Before using coupons, you will need to configure coupon settings. To do this, follow the steps below.
Step 1
1.1 Navigate to the Communications tab.
1.2 Navigate to the Coupons Tab in the Promotions menu.
1.3 Click on the Coupon Settings button.
Step 2
If more than one Coupon Promotion is active at once, they can be viewed all at once in a multi-view. The settings below will be used to configure this screen. Offer details and expiration dates will dynamically populate based on the active Coupon Promotions.
2.1 An on screen preview that reflects your selections is provided for your convenience.
2.2 Multi-view Link: Provides the link to the Multiview Coupon URL. You can provide this link in customer communications.
2.3 Header (Optional): This header will appear on the multi-view page. You can use this text box to provide a title to your coupon page.
2.4 Instructions (Optional): Use the Instructions field to explain to your customers how to view, print and send coupons to their phone.
2.5 Display when there are no active coupons (Optional): You can use this text box to input a message that will display if a customer accesses the coupons page but there are no active coupons at that time.
2.6 Display Expiration Dates: This toggle controls if expiration dates will display on the multi-view screen.
2.7 Allow Coupons to be Printed?: This toggle controls the Print feature that allows customers to easily print their coupons.
2.8 Offer Description Color: Primary text color.
2.9 Secondary Color: Complementary, secondary text color.
