Portal Roles

The Clutch customer marketing platform synthesizes all your cross-channel transactional and customer data into a single dashboard. Inside this guide you’ll learn about the different roles your team can have in the multi-dimensional client portal.

Roles Overview

Permission Descriptions:

Reports: enables account reporting, customer searches, and transaction activity.

Segmentation (view): enables the ability to view different segments for brand.

Segmentation (view, edit, create): enables the ability to build and analyze customer segments across customer preferences, demographics, locations, purchase activity, reward activity and more.

Communications: includes communication analytics across Email, Direct Mail and SMS as well as the ability to view, create, and send scheduled campaigns.

Campaign Rules (view): enables the ability to view different campaign rules (only for brands using Clutch “Lite”).

Campaign Rules (view, edit, create): enables the ability to customize and create different campaign rules (only for brands using Clutch “Lite”).

Users: enables the ability edit, create, and manage users.

Developer Tools: gives developers access to JSON.

Suspended Users

It is important to note that users will be suspended if they do not log in to Portal or Virtual Terminal in 90 days. An email will be sent out to the user at 75 days letting them know that if they do not login in the next 15 days, they will be suspended.
