How to Opt-Out/Unsubscribe Multiple Customers from a List

Follow the steps below to unsubscribe (remove) customers from a list.

Step 1
1.1 Navigate to the Communications tab.
1.2 Select Lists under the Email section.
1.3 Under the Bulk Actions bar, select Remove Contacts.

Step 2

2.1 Choose whether you want to remove contacts from all lists or specific lists only.
2.2 Upload a .csv file with a list of customers you would like to unsubscribe/remove.
2.3 Click the Remove Contacts button to remove the contacts in your .csv file.

If you’re removing contacts from all lists, the .csv file must contain one column with the header email.

If you’re removing contacts from a specific list, the .csv file must contain two columns with the headers: email and optIn. The value for each row of the optIn column must be false.
