What are Events?
An event is any customer action, engagement or response that you’d like to send into the Clutch system (over the API) in order to reward a customer or to collect data about a customer.
Reporting
View the number of times an event has been triggered and the time between an event and a purchase.
Manage Events
Events can be edited or archived at any time. Events are searchable and can be filtered by event type.
Segmenting
The events filter can segment customers by the number and/or type of events they’ve completed or triggered. For example you can send an email to customers who have created a basic ecommerce account.

There are hundred of events that can be created. You have the ability to create all types of events including ecom, email, SMS, direct mail, in store, feedback, social, milestone, or more.
