How do I Track the Performance of an Individual Scheduled Email?

To track the performance of an individual scheduled email, follow the steps below.

Step 1

1.1  Navigate to the Communications tab in Clutch Portal.
1.2  Select Scheduled under the Email section.
1.3  Find the email you want to view the metrics of and select View Email Metrics under the Actions bar.

Step 2

2.1 View your metrics (important to note that you can filter by date or segment).
2.2 View both Detail and Rates view (to learn more about what each of these numbers means, select About Email Performance Metrics for a pop up glossary).
