How do I cancel a Scheduled Email?

Emails that are scheduled and queued to be sent via the Clutch Portal can be cancelled 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time in order to guarantee a complete cancel. Emails that are cancelled less than 10 minutes to their scheduled times may not be fully cancelled.

To cancel a Scheduled Email, follow the steps below.

Step 1

1.1  Navigate to the Communications tab in Clutch Portal.
1.2  Select Scheduled under the Email section.
1.3  Select the Queued tab.
1.4  Select the Cancel icon.

Step 2

2.1 Read the confirmation alert and click OK.
