How do I create a new Template?

To create a new Template follow the steps below:

Step 1
1.1 Navigate to the Communications section of Portal.
1.2 Find the Email tab.
1.3 Click on the Template tab.
1.4 Click on the + New Template button in the top right corner.

Step 2
2.1 Create a name for the template
2.2 You can use the WYSIWYG editor to create a template. To learn about the WYSIWYG editor, you can start here.
2.3 Once you’re satisfied with your template, click Save.

Once your new template is saved, it can be viewed on the templates page. Additioanlly, when creting an email, you can select your template to pre-fill your email based on your template design.
