To Cancel a Scheduled MMS prior to message sent date and time, follow the steps below.
Step 1
1.1 Navigate to Communications section of Clutch Portal.
1.2 Navigate to Scheduled under the Mobile Messaging tab.
1.3 Navigate to the Queued tab.
Step 2
2.1 Find the message you’d like to cancel.
2.2 Navigate to the Actions bar and select Cancel Message.
Step 3
3.1 Select OK to confirm that you want to cancel the message.
Step 4
4.1 Select the Cancelled tab.
4.2 See that your message is now cancelled.
