How to Send a Coupon to a Phone

If multi-view coupon is utilized, the Send to Phone option can be configured to allow a customer to send a link of their Active Coupons page to a mobile device. The form below will configure the screen where your customer will enter their mobile number as well as the mobile message they will receive with the link to the coupons.

Step 1
1.1 Navigate to the Communications tab.
1.2 Navigate to the Coupons tab under Promotions.
1.3 Click the Coupons Settings button.

Step 2
2.1 Allow Coupons to be Sent to Phone? Select the toggle to turn this feature on.

Step 3
3.1 Select the Mobile Program you want associated with the coupon. If you still need to create a Mobile Program, consult the article here.
3.2 Enter the instructions your customers will when they select the Send to Phone option on the multi-view coupon page. Default text is provided for your convenience.
3.3 Mobile Message Your Customer Will Receive: This is the content of the text message your customer will receive when they send a coupon to their phone. Default content is provided and it is important that the link, or any text automatically created with brackets ‘{ }’, remains unchanged.
3.4 View the preview. This is what your customer will see when they input their phone number to receive their coupons. Step 4
4.1 Scroll back to the top of the page and click the Save button.
