If your brand needs to add coupons to sets regularly, Clutch provides an easy way to automatically replenish coupons in your coupon set. You can do these for any coupons that are system generated.
To set up coupons to be automatically replenished, follow the steps below.
Step 1
1.1 Navigate to the Communications section of the Clutch Portal.
1.2 Click into the Promotions section in the left navigation, then navigate to the Coupons section.
1.3 Find the coupon set you wish to automatically replenish. Be sure you’re within the Active tab.
1.4 Click the Actions bar within the row of the coupon set.
1.5 Click the +Automatic Replenishment button. Remember, this option will only appear for system generated coupons, such as created Dynamic Coupons.
Step 2
Determine when you want your coupons to be replenished (when available coupons fall below a determined number) as well as how many additional coupons you’d like to add to the set when this number is reached. Click Save when done.
Note: You will receive an email each time the coupon set is replenished. Additional coupons will have the same specifications as the original set. The maximum quantity of a coupon set is 10,000,000. Your coupons will continue to replenish until this threshold is met. You will need to create a new coupon set at that time.
