You can ask your customers to opt-in to a Mobile Program at the same time they send coupons to their phone. If your customer chooses to Opt-In, they will receive a second mobile message instructing them on how to complete their sign up.
Step 1
1.1 Navigate to the Communications tab.
1.2 Navigate to the Coupon tab under Promotions.
1.3 Click the Coupon Settings button.
Step 2
2.1 Allow Coupons to be Sent to Phone? Select this toggle to turn this feature on. This will display a section titled, “Send to Phone.” Instructions for this section can be found here.
Step 3
3.1 Mobile Program Opt-In: Select the toggle to turn this feature on.
3.2 Opt-In Content: This message will notify customers that they have the option to opt-in to your mobile messaging program. This content appears within the Send to Phone feature on the multi-view coupon webpage. Default content has been provided.
3.3 Legal Content: This box contains required legal content, such as standard messaging and data rates may apply, how many messages may be sent, and how customers can opt out of your program if desired. Default content is provided with details pulled specifically from the selected Mobile Program above.
3.4 An on screen preview that reflects your selections is provided for your convenience.

4.1 Scroll back to the top of the page and click the Save button.
