The customer profile page provides an in depth view of a single customer.
For each customer you can view:
- Demographic information including contact information and responses to the questions asked as part of your customer model.
- Sign up and enrollment dates
- Card details including card number/ID, pin and card status
- Card balances including points, rewards and stored value
- Customer Lifetime Value
- Lifetime spend
- Average order value
- Average items per order
- Balances (and when they expire)
- Available Rewards (and when they expire)
- Date of last purchase
- Future Lifetime Value
- Full purchase history
- Full communication history including emails or text messages received, opened (email only), clicked (email only)
- Events
You can view a customer’s profile page by looking up a customer in Customer Search (navigate to Customer Service > Customer Search). You can also view a customer’s profile page by clicking on a customer’s name in the list of top customers in the Explore Data section (navigate to Explore Data > Customer Behavior > Top Customers).
To export all information on a customer, select the Export Data button. This will download a JSON file.
