The member portal is a brand’s account page. It consists of different sections that can be set up and altered depending on the brand. Not all brands have every section.
- The my activity section shows a member’s number and available points and rewards. It also shows a detailed description of recent activity.
- The gift card section allows a member to keep a gift card connected to an account.
- The my information section shows personal information and allows a member to update subscription preferences.
- The how it works section shows details on how the loyalty program runs.
Specifically for the member portal, you can upload an image for your gift card art and you have the option to disable reCaptcha. You can apply the global theme or alter each color manually.
