You can search for a coupon by code by following the steps below.
Step 1
1.1 Navigate to the Coupons section of Virtual Terminal and click the Search by Code button.
Step 2
2.1 Enter the code you wish to search for.
2.2 Click the Search button.
2.3 You’ll be able to view details about the coupon in the Coupon Details box. This will show information such as Status (if the coupon is active or expired), Expiration Date, Card Number (if assigned), Pin, Original Balance, and Current Balance.
2.4 For identified coupons, or coupons assigned to a card, you’ll be able to view details about the transaction history of the coupon in the Transaction History box. You will be able to view ID, Location, Date, Transaction Type, and Amount.
