As a brand, you may want to create a birthday campaign.
For example, if you want to send an email to customers who have a birthday in the month of September, first build a new segment, then follow the steps below.
Step 1
1.1 Select the Customer Occasion filter.
Step 2
2.1 Select Birthday under the Data Type.
2.2 In the Match Month section, select any day in the month of September and it will automatically apply the filter to the entire month of September. If you want to select a birthday on one certain day, choose the date in the Match Date section.
2.3 Add a description to your filter. For this, we could use Birthdays in February.
2.4 Select Apply Filter.
Step 3
3.1 Once you go back to the Build Segment page, under Segment Details you will see your new segment: Birthdays in February.
