You can check the gift/stored value balance of a card in a few ways.
Option 1
Click the Check Balance button on the homepage.
1.1. Enter the card number and pin if required.
1.2. Click the Go button.
View the gift/stored value balance. In the example below, the balance is $45.30.
Option 2
When you use the Search page to look up a customer, you can view the customer’s gift/stored value balance from the customer detail page.
