Follow the steps below to issue gift or stored value to a customer.
Step 1
1.1 Select Issue on the Virtual Terminal homepage.
Step 2
2.1 The blue “New” button should be selected for a new card. The button should be left white if issuing value to an existing account or card.
2.2 Enter the card number
2.3 Click Go
2.4 Select the amount you want to issue. If you need to enter a different amount you can use the Other Amount field.
2.5 Click Add Promo Code to add a promo code and amount. Promo Codes must be preconfigured. The Add External Reference button allows you to add transaction or receipt information and is available for reconciliation purposes. It accepts up to 25 alpha numeric characters, no spaces or special characters.
