How To Check a Customer’s Loyalty Balance

You can check the balance of a customer in a few ways.

Option 1

Step 1

1.1  Select More on the Virtual Terminal homepage

Step 2

2.1  Click Check Balance on the Loyalty page

Step 3

3.1  Enter the card number and pin if required.
3.2  Click the Go button.
3.3  View the gift/stored value balance.

Option 2
When you use the Search page to look up a customer, you can view the customer’s gift/stored value balance from the customer detail page.
