By joining loyalty programs, customers are connected with a brand and enrolled in their system. Loyalty actions give customers an incentive to continue using your brand.
Rewards
You can set up different rewards for you customers. Once you enter your customer’s card number, you can then proceed to issue and redeem rewards.
Points
Enter the customer’s card number and then you will be able to issue and redeem points.
Transactions
Every time a loyalty member purchases something in your store their transaction needs to be recorded in Virtual Terminal. You can also download a report of all transactions to reference.
Balance
Using Virtual Terminal, you can check the balance of a customer’s card. There are several ways to do this but they will all give you the same result.
