The information available on the transaction search page will vary depending on your integration with Clutch.
Some of the search options available for Transaction can include:
- Transaction ID
- Type
- Card #
- Timeframe of transaction
- Issuing Location
- Program
- External ID
If your brand has hundreds of thousands, or millions of customers, the search results will only show the first 100 transactions in the table. If this happens, you must refine your search further in order to find the transaction you are looking for, or click the Export button to export the full results as a .CSV file.
