Checkouts

A checkout is defined as a customer transaction where products are bought, and can be either anonymous or identified (via passing in a card number on the checkout call). By recording checkouts for both identified and anonymous customers, the reports we can generate for you will become more enhanced.

More information on checkouts, including the differences between single and two-staged, as well as whether to use locking checkout, and much more, is available on Clutch’s API documentation guide.
