The ability to offer another way to incentivize your customers opens up a broader range of campaign options, analytics, and deeper insights via richer customer data. You will be able to capture insightful information with each transaction and monitor the purchase power of your customers. That insightful information helps you identify their high-value customers and create impactful customer segments.

SKUs are managed in the Clutch platform via either uploading through the Client Portal, or via automated batch jobs that import SKU and overall Catalog updates on a scheduled basis. Once loaded, SKUs can be individually managed via the SKU management tool in the Portal. Most importantly, they can then be used as filters within the Campaign Management tool and Segment Tool to drive highly targeted campaigns with you customers, and segment and report on the success of these campaigns.

From and API perspective, SKUs are passed in as part of a Checkout API call as part of the overall purchase data.
