Issuing Points

Please Note

The issue points form should only be used with manager approval, typically this action will be used to compensate the customer outside of loyalty program. To make sure a loyalty member’s in-store spend is accounted for, use Enter Transaction action. The issue points form should not be used as an alternative to Enter Transaction

Follow the steps below to issue a reward.

Step 1

1.1  Click the More button from the home page and then click the Issue Points button.

Step 2

2.1  Scan, swipe or manually enter the customer’s card number into the Card Number field. If required, enter the pin.
2.2  Click the Go button.
2.3  Enter the number of points you want to issue.
2.4  Click the Issue Points button to issue the points.

Step 3

A confirmation message will appear displaying the points issued and the customer’s current point balance. Click the View Receipt button to view the receipt. Click the Email Receipt button to email a copy of the receipt to the customer’s email address.
