Clutch and Privacy Protection

Clutch is dedicated to the privacy and security of the data we manage, both for our clients and their end-customers. We have and will continue to devote resources to maintaining the highest levels of compliance with regard to all applicable laws and regulations, including most recently the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). GDPR Compliance

At Clutch we are committed to assisting our clients with their own compliance when it comes to leveraging customer data in their marketing efforts. Our platform supports the obligations as outlined by GDPR.

• Assisting the Controller
  • The Clutch platform support requests from our customers to erase, transfer or modify their end users’ personal data from our servers as outlined below. We also provide opt-in and opt-out processes, as well as data portability functions.
    • To access the personal data for a customer
      • Locate their personal record using the Customer Profile  tool within Portal
      • Export their data by clicking the “Export Data” button located at the top of the screen
    • To Modify Customer Data
      • Use Virtual Terminal to edit Customer Data
      • Contact Customer Service
    • To Erase Customer
      • Contact Customer Service
        
• General Assistance
  • In order to honor the rights of the data subject, Clutch will provide assistance to the controller where feasible.
    
• Data Privacy Framework Certified
  • Regardless of the location in which the data is stored under the Data Privacy Framework (DPF), customers in the US, UK and EU will remain GDPR compliant.
