When you first click into Customer Segmentation you’ll land on your list of base segments. These segments have been created for you by Clutch and should cover your “base” member or customer groups. For example, if you have a loyalty program, you will see a base segment called “All Members.” Your base segment can be copied and used to create additional segments.
Depending on your data integration and program design, a few filters may have been set to enrolled and if you have multiple programs, the program filter will have been set. A card status filter may also have been set to limit the segment to active cards and filter out any cards that have been closed, suspended or are in inventory.
