How do I Edit a Triggered Mobile Message?

You can edit the content of a triggered mobile message at any time, even if it is connected to a campaign condition. To edit a triggered mobile message, follow the steps below.

Step 1

1.1 Navigate to Communications section of Clutch Portal
1.2 Navigate to Triggered Mobile Messaging
1.3 Select Edit Message under the Actions bar

Step 2

2.1 Edit your message
2.2 Once you click Complete and Save your changes will be updated
