The Balance Checker page can be a standalone form or a part of the Member Portal account creation.
This page allows gift and loyalty customers the ability to check their currency or reward balance.
When setting up, you can apply a Global Theme, which will eliminate several of the steps below. If you do not apply the global theme, look below to see what you can manually alter for your brand.
- Logo – Should be at most 200 pixels high
- Background Color
- Progress/Accent Bar Color
- Card Number Field Label – this allows brands to add messaging for their customers
- PIN Number- decide if a PIN number is required to check balance
- reCaptcha is required
- Button Font Color and Button Color
- Edit Terms and Conditions
A few other features that a brand can decide on:
- Display Customer Information for loyalty members
- Card Back – display the back of a card to a customer so they know where to find their pin number
