The Enrollment page can be a standalone form or a part of the Member Portal account creation.
Enrollment can occur at POS or through Member Portal. Before a new card is assigned to a customer, Clutch checks all email addresses and phone numbers to prevent duplicates in the program.
When setting up, you can apply a Global Theme, which will eliminate several of the steps below. If you do not apply the global theme, look below to see what you can manually alter for your brand.
- Logo – Should be at most 200 pixels high
- Background Color
- Progress/Accent Bar Color
- Custom Message – create a personalized message encouraging customers to enroll
- Edit Terms and Conditions
- Displayed and Required Fields – you can choose what is required and what is displayed
- Must be above age 13 – Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule
- Button Font Color and Button Color
A few other features that a brand can decide on:
- Show or disable reCaptcha check
- Skip the Welcome Email for new members
- Create a success message that is displayed after a successful enrollment
- Create a profile incentive message that allows the brand to configure a message to customers to encourage them to complete advanced questions
