Setting up eGift is ideal for merchants who have their own website but do not have a shopping cart enabled. It allows for online sales of gift cards without the hassle of maintaining an Ecommerce website.

Through Clutch’s platform, a brand has the ability to:

  • Resend an undelivered eGift to the same or new email address
  • Review and confirm order details on the Order Management Dashboard (Explore Data > Egift Orders)
    • Orders can be exported
    • Status of pending orders can be viewed
    • Individual orders can be reviewed and recipient information can be confirmed

When a gift card is purchased:

  • Secure checkout
  • Service Fee applied to purchase
  • Email
    • Order confirmation to purchaser
    • Delivery to recipient
    • Open confirmation to purchaser
    • Automatic follow up reminder email for unopened gift cards
