Loyalty Program

Create a loyalty program to reward customers for interacting with your brand. Turn on different campaigns to keep your customers engaged and coming back. Your view may be different depending on if you are using Campaign Manager or CM Lite. To set up and manage your loyalty program, follow the steps below.

Step 1

1.1 Navigate to Clutch App and select Loyalty Program

Step 2

2.1 To deploy a simple loyalty program, select Base Settings
2.2 Decide if you want to reward Points or Punches
2.3 Determine the threshold, when a customer will earn a reward
2.4 Enter a reward amount
2.5 Decide if the reward should be automatically applied at checkout or let the customer determine when to redeem the reward
2.6 Select if you want to send a notification when a customer reaches the milestone
2.7 Select Save

Step 3

3.1 Select Targeted Campaigns to manage more detailed campaigns (personal campaigns, behavioral campaigns, business driving campaigns)
3.2 Turn a toggle on or off to add the campaign to your loyalty program
3.3 Select “Click to preview” to view an existing template for your message content
3.4 Select edit to make any changes to the rule, for example, change the reward amount
3.5 Click Save to save the rule
